Recycle and reuse forestry wastes

We know that the forestry resources are abundant. Yearly, tons of forestry wastes rotted on the ground. It will be good thing if we can make use of them. Generally, the forestry wastes include scattered wood, residual branches, leaves and wood chips, sawdust, fruit shells and kernels, etc. In order to better use these biomass materials, we can use some equipment to turn the biomass material into high-energy and high-density solid fuel. To make it clear, we can use a charcoal briquette production line to convert forestry wastes into useful charcoal briquettes.

Simply, this is working flow of a charcoal briquette production line: raw biomass material-crushing process (which is not necessary) -carbonizing process-crushing process-mixing process-forming process- drying process

Correspondingly, we need crushing machines, a rotary kiln, a mixing machine, a charcoal briquette making machine and a drying machine.   

Compared with traditional carbonizing methods, rotary kiln is much more efficient. Most importantly, there will be nearly no pollutants generated during the carbonation process. In addition, whether you need a crushing machine before the carbonizing process depends on what material you are using. For example, the material you use is sawdust or wood dust. Then you will not need to use a crusher before the rotary kiln. However, if you are using wood branches as material, then you must equip a crusher machine before the carbonizing procedure.

The carbonized material needs to be crushed in to fine powder. In this step, double-roller crushing machine will play an important role. After that, the fine charcoal powder be conveyed to a heavy forcing mixer machine, where charcoal powder and binding powder will be mixed evenly. By the way, we often use starch powder as binder.

The forming equipment is the most important part of the whole charcoal briquette production line. For producing different charcoal briquettes, you need use different equipment. You can use hydraulic charcoal briquette machine and rotary charcoal briquette machine to make shisha charcoal briquettes. And if you want to make rod-shape charcoal briquettes, then you will need a charcoal briquette extruder.

Finally, it comes to the drying process. The moisture content of the just finished charcoal briquettes is a little high, so it can not be packed at this moment. After drying, you can pack the charcoal briquettes and store them in the warehouse.
