We received an enquiry letter from a French client. He planned to use wood dust as raw material to make high-density wood pellets which could be used as fuel. Our wood pellet making machine can perfectly meet his need. After E.P salesman introduced him about the pellet machine in detail, the French customer signed the contract and bought a wood pellet machine from us.
Main Equipment
The communication process was very smooth. Therefore, apart from the wood pellet machine, we gave him some free spare parts.
