1. It is used to press dry material;
2. If the metal material is not fine enough, it will cause too much pressure between the rollers of the metal briquetting machine, which will shorten the service life of the machine. However, if the metal material is too fine, it will cause dust pollution in the workshop. Thus, you need use a matching crushing machine to process the metal material before putting them into the roller press;
3. The metal material is of high hardness. In order to guarantee the life span of the roller press is long enough, the core part of the briquette machine, the rollers, is made of alloy steel which is quenched.
