Product Description

The pellet machines are used to make food for animals such as cattle, goats, chicken, rabbits and pigs. Feed pellets are more digestible than common fodder. During the making process, friction between the material and the mould will cause heat that can kill bacteria in the material. The finished feed pellets have good flavor. Besides, it is convenient to transport and store granular feeds.

There are a lot of raw materials can be used to make feed pellets, including rice husk, alfalfa, grass and various crop stalks etc.

Electric control cabinet : The safety electric control system in the cabinet is totally approved by CE standard; Emergency stop button can be used for emergency operation;

Gear box : It is made of superior steel. It won’t make much noise when it works. It has good shock absorption function. Compared with traditional belt-driving device, it is more efficient;

Mould and rollers : those are made of high-quality alloy steel, whose hardness is up to 55-60HRC.

Working principle

The mould-driven feed pellet machine is driven by a motor. The gear drives the main bearing to rotate. Along with the main bearing, the mould and the rollers will start to rotate. When the powdery material is fed into the machine, it will get squeezed by the rollers and the mould. Finally, finished feed pellets will come out through the holes in the mould.
