working principle
The drying machine is mainly composed of rotating body, lifting plate, transmission device, supporting device and sealing ring etc.
The dryer is a cylinder which is slightly inclined to the horizontal direction. The materials are fed from the higher end. And the high-temperature hot gas flows into the cylinder with the materials. As the drum rotates, the materials run to the lower end due to the effect of gravity. Lifting plates are installed on the inner wall of the cylinder, and the materials will be picked up and sprinkled to increase the contact surface between the materials and the airflow to improve the drying rate and push the materials forward. The dried materials can be collected from the bottom of the drum.
