Norway Customers Visit and Test Round Charcoal Tablet Press

On 16^th to 19^th June, Norway clients came to E.P Machinery for testing rotary shisha charcoal briquette press machine.

Before customers visiting, they requested to bring some materials, and would do the tests in our factory. They are very delighted that we prepared well all machines for them to do the testing, like charcoal crushing, binder (customers own formula), mixer machine, automatic weighing system hopper, rotary type briquettes making machine, drying machine.

Following, they made the complete tests with help and guide of E.P Machinery. And the Norway customers made the tests with different binders. After briquette pressing, they took some tablets pressed with different formulas.

With regards to tablets density, the Norway customer required density could be 1.0 g/cm³. After drying, through measuring and calculation, the density is 1.14 g/cm³. they are very excited to this testing result and briquettes density. 

During drying time, E.P engineers team shared and discussed some innovative and upgraded in new generation of charcoal making plants. Regarding to customers charcoal condition, E.P engineer team designed a special complete flow chart for Norway customers hookak coal briquetting production line.
