Continuous Rice Husk Carbonization Furnace

Introduction:

E.P drum-type carbonization furnace is the ideal equipment that is used to carbonize sawdust, rice husk, peanut shells, crop straw, crushed tree barks and other biomass materials (diameter < 15mm).

This rotary drum type carbonization furnace adopts the advanced technology of recycling combustible gas, purify, cyclic combustion. The drum-type carbonation furnace is equipped with a purifying device. With this purifying device, the flammable gases such as CO and CH4 generated during the carbonizing process can be recycled and reused.

This technology solves the pollution problem (the carbonizing process is eco-friendly.) what’s more, this technology also solves the heat energy problem (the flammable gases generated in the carbonation drum will be used as heat source for the drum).

E.P carbonation furnaces are large-capacity equipment. There are two different kinds of rotary carbonation furnace in our factory. They are one-layer carbonation furnace and three-layer carbonation furnace.
