As we all know that charcoal briquette plant consists of crushing, mixing, briquetting, drying, etc. E.P had invested much efforts into re-design our machines from crushing to drying sections. With regards to crushing section, I think most supplier will recommend you the crusher machine is Hammer Mill. Here E.P will discuss these two machines with you as following reasons.
If you use hammer mill, the investment is small, but there is a big problem of pollution. During crushing, the charcoal dust will flying everywhere in your workshop, and also harmful to your staff’s health. This is because machines working principle, you know the hammer mill is to use machines high speed rotating to make charcoal to compact/hit each other to get final powder. During this high speed rotation, it could cause too much dust. Even though adding dust collector, the result is not good as you expected.
2. Hard to discharge
In addition, for hammer mill, final discharge is to use an air fan to suck powder from crushing chamber. But its difficult to suck charcoal powder out, the reason is the charcoal powder density is a bit higher than that of sawdust (we all know the hammer mill is to make sawdust ).
