A customer from Venezuela left a message on our website. In the message, he asked us to send him the quotation of our hydraulic shisha charcoal briquette making machine. After establishing communication with him, we learned that the client planned to use coconut shells to make shisha charcoal briquettes. And actually, he was a novice in this field. To help him start his business smoothly, we conceived a complete and suitable solution for him. To make shisha charcoal briquettes, he not only needed a shisha charcoal briquette making machine, but also he needed a crushing machine and a mixing machine at least. To reduce invest cost, we suggested that he use a self-built carbonation kiln to carbonize the coconut shells. The Venezuelan client accepted our solution. And the result turned out very successful.
