1. High Temperature Charcoal

• Charring temperature: Above 1000 degrees Celsius


• Fixed charcoal content: More than 85%


• More common charcoal: Binchotan, chrysanthemum charcoal, high temperature mechanism charcoal, high temperature bamboo charcoal, etc.

High temperature charcoal is produced by high temperature furnace. Its high density, can sink in water, it will make steely sound when tapping, high temperature charcoal has a large carbon content, smokeless when burning, no flame, and the burning resistance is three times that of low temperature charcoal, and it is twice that of medium temperature charcoal. High temperature charcoal is suitable for all occasions where using charcoal, especially for high-end barbecue and export, High temperature charcoal belongs to high-quality charcoal.

2. Medium Temperature Charcoal

• Charring temperature: Below 1000 degrees Celsius and around 600 degrees Celsius


• Fixed charcoal content: More than 75%


• Common medium temperature charcoal in the market are includes: Jujube charcoal, fruit trees charcoal, etc.

The medium-temperature charcoal has higher density than the low-temperature charcoal, and the charcoal content is slightly higher than that of the low-temperature charcoal. The average burning time of the medium-temperature charcoal is longer than that of the low-temperature charcoal, and the combustion heat value is much higher than that of the low-temperature charcoal. It is mainly used for barbecue, and can also be used for industrial and agricultural, heating and hot pot.

3. Low Temperature Charcoal

• Charring temperature: Around 380 degrees Celsius


• Fixed charcoal content: More than 60%


• Common low temperature charcoal has: Miscellaneous charcoal, industrial charcoal, low temperature mechanism charcoal, etc.

The medium-temperature charcoal has higher density than the low-temperature charcoal, and the charcoal content is slightly higher than that of the low-temperature charcoal. The average burning time of the medium-temperature charcoal is longer than that of the low-temperature charcoal, and the combustion heat value is much higher than that of the low-temperature charcoal. It is mainly used for barbecue, and can also be used for industrial and agricultural, heating and hot pot.

Low temperature charcoal is loosen texture, low in charcoal content, poor in mechanical strength; low temperature charcoal has black smoke when burning, brownish flame, low temperature. It is mainly used in industrial and agricultural (such as Silicon smelting factory ) and heating.

Charring of wood at different temperatures will produces charcoal products of completely different quality. The higher the charring temperature, the better the charcoal quality.
