The rapid development of charcoal briquettes industry is obvious to all. For the investors, they mainly focus on the performance and quality of the machines in the charcoal briquette making line. As we all know, good equipment can be used to produce high-quality charcoal briquette products. The main material for making rod-shape charcoal briquettes are various, including most materials that contain lignin such as peanut shells, wood dust, bamboo dust, dried grass and wood branches.
The products made by a charcoal briquette production line is called machine-made charcoal briquettes. Here, E.P needs to mention that machine-made charcoal briquettes are different from hardwood charcoal. Compared with traditional hardwood charcoal, machine-made charcoal briquettes have a lot of advantages. Firstly, the carbon content of the machine-made charcoal briquettes is relatively high. So, charcoal briquettes are of high calorific value. In addition, the burning time of charcoal briquettes can last longer. Thirdly, when the charcoal briquettes are burning, they are smokeless and odorless. Therefore, the machine-made charcoal briquettes are favored by users at home and abroad.
A charcoal briquette production line consists of many different machines. These machines include carbonation furnaces, crushing machines, heavy force mixing machines, charcoal briquette extruding machine and the drying machines. To make you know more about the machines, I will introduce more details about the equipment in the following content. There are two kinds of carbonation furnaces. One is called hoisting type carbonation furnace and the other is called rotary carbonation furnace. You can use hoisting type carbonation furnace to carbonize wood logs or wood chunks, while you can use rotary carbonation furnaces to carbonize particle material. What’s more, the heavy force mixing machine of E.P is well-designed, so it can mix crushed charcoal powder and binding agents evenly. Last but not the least, the charcoal briquette extruder is the core equipment for a charcoal briquette production line.
